“Repeat Africa’s true narrative until it dominates.”
Most professional groups grow by volume. We grow by curation.
The Africa PR Network is designed to be a trusted room: a place where visibility, relationships and opportunities move careers and agencies forward.
To protect that, every member is reviewed before joining. This is not an open network. Quality matters more than quantity.
You are doing the work, and adding to the profession as you do it.
A track record others can see and vouch for.
You come to share and collaborate, not only to collect contacts.
Excellence, authenticity and ambition for the continent.
Apply under the track that best describes your work. Every track is reviewed against the same standard.

A year inside
The Network exists to help African communicators see the shifts coming in markets, technology and policy, apply what they learn to real work, and build relationships that cross borders.
Applied topics, chosen each quarter, on the shifts in markets, technology and policy that reach your work.
In person, region by region: East, West, Southern, North and Central Africa in turn.
A monthly speaker series, hosted by a different country each time.
Africa Global PR Week, with member pricing and sessions reserved for the Network.
There are two ways onto the whitelist: an invitation, or an application. Both end the same way.
Tell us about your work. Existing members and the organising team can also invite you directly.
Every application is read by a person, on a rolling basis. Approval is not automatic.
If you are approved, we send a personal whitelist code and a private payment link.
Your membership starts the day you pay and runs for twelve months.
People working in and around African communications: practitioners, agency leaders, journalists and editors, creators, creatives, academics and students. Membership is by application or invitation, and every member is reviewed before joining.
Most professional groups grow by volume. We grow by curation, so that the Network stays a trusted room where relationships and opportunities move careers and agencies forward. That means approval is not automatic, and we may decline an application that does not meet the current criteria or capacity.
The first individual members to join pay the founding price, and keep it for their first two years. Founding places are limited, are confirmed when payment is made, and close without notice once they are taken.
Twelve months from the day you pay. We email you before it ends, and renewing early never costs you days: a renewal starts when your current term finishes.
No. Membership and Summit passes are separate. Members receive member pricing on passes, a members-only breakfast and closed-door sessions at the Summit, and the full post-event package.
Yes. Once you are approved, write to network@africaprweek.com and we will send an invoice. Your membership starts when the transfer arrives.
One agency membership covers a set number of people, the account holder included. The account holder invites colleagues from their account, and each has their own profile in the directory.
Your profile, your connections and your conversations stay exactly as they are. Sign in to your account to see your options, which include a founding place while they last.
No. A whitelist code is personal: it works only with the email address it was sent to, and membership is individual.
We are building a network that compounds in value over time, through relationships, visibility, access and shared ambition. If that is the room you want to be in, we invite you to apply.
Repeat, repeat, repeat Africa’s true narrative until it dominates.
